FMIX Support During Site Upgrades
From Thursday, October 24 through Sunday, October 27, 2024, the Flood Mapping and Insurance eXchange (FMIX) will have reduced capability to assist customers while FEMA conducts an infrastructure upgrade on Risk MAP Systems. Live data will not be available to the FMIX team, though selected recent reports and extracts will be available to assist with customer inquiries. Full FMIX capability will return on Monday, October 28, 2024. A list of applications affected by this downtime is available here.

Hours of Operation
The FMIX hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time. Self-service options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
