NFHL Site Upgrades Successful
The site upgrades planned for the National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL) were successfully completed. NFHL functionality is restored and fully accessible. Please contact fema-riskmap-outreach@fema.dhs.gov with questions or FEMA-RiskMAP-ITHelp@fema.dhs.gov for technical assistance.
To align with mandated security measures, all FEMA systems including the National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL), will require the use of the "https" protocol and no longer support "http." This change will be effective as of August 1, 2017. After that time “http” links will no longer function. For more information on how NFHL GIS services will be impacted, please visit the NFHL GIS Services page at https://hazards.fema.gov/femaportal/wps/portal/NFHLWMS.
